About The Bushala Family

Expanding Opportunity. Strengthening Communities.

The Albert and Miaad Bushala family believes success carries a responsibility to invest in others. Built on the values of hard work, resilience, and generosity, their story reflects the journey of two immigrant families who transformed determination into opportunity—not only for themselves, but for the communities around them.

For nearly three decades, Albert and Miaad Bushala have built and managed a diverse portfolio of real estate and hospitality businesses across Southern California and Nevada. Along the way, their ventures have earned national recognition, including an ARCO station named “Best of 2025” by Business Rate and an RV resort consistently ranked among the nation’s best for more than 20 years.

But their most meaningful investments have always extended beyond business. Through philanthropy focused on education, the arts, entrepreneurship, and community development, the Bushala family has supported institutions shaping the next generation of leaders and creators. Their contributions include transformative support for the Orange County School of the Arts, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Chapman University, the Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music, the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, and the GRAMMY Museum.

Today, the Bushala family continues to reinvest in the communities that shaped their story—creating spaces where education, creativity, music, and connection can thrive for generations to come.
